An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All products are covered by the statutory consumer warranty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
